Threw on a pair of White House|Black Market jeans today (that were a hand-me-down from a friend's son's girlfriend - ahemm yes, you heard right - friend's son's girlfriend - thank you Eddy McGinnis for a pair of long wonky-hipped but forever thin legs ) and loved the way they fit.  But alas, they felt just a tad too short for how I usually wear my jeans.  I couldn't bear to take them off,  so I convinced myself that I could pull off the "Chic Short" look!  Even though my ego was saying, "Vik, you're wearing high-waters!" my soul was saying, "Vik, you got this!"
